Lower Levels

Mega District 4 is a densely populated city that incorporates many layers of development. The lower levels are poorer, older buildings that are largely residential or operated by small businesses for people not able to spend their time in The Gateway.

The streets are densely populated with vehicles, street merchants, droids and people.

Natural light struggles to penetrate this low into the city through the fog and past the taller buildings. The synthetic light gives the lower levels a dream-like feeling of constant twilight.
